Sun setting over Ras Al Khor, glimmering lights of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai provided a breathtaking backdrop as we gathered at The Restaurant in the Address Grand Creek Harbour. The hotel, opened six months ago, has already established itself as a remarkable destination. Excitement filled the air anticipating a truly delightful Chaîne experience.


A warm, enthusiastic welcome from the hotel's management and staff assured us that The Restaurant had gone above and beyond to make this occasion special beginning with a lavish drinks reception featuring an array of delectable canapés. Our taste buds were taken on an extraordinary journey being treated to a specially crafted seven-course menu.

Executive Chef Shukry Abouelsoud, Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Lambert, Chef Gayan Perera and their talented team worked magic. Each dish was presented with finesse, the Dijon mustard ice cream with the beef received special acclaim.


The wines selected by Alina Karakulova and her team elevated the dining experience to new heights. The attentive service crew, led by Mayis Mirzayev, took exceptional care of us.


Special thanks went to Assistant Restaurant Manager Eranja Knnangara and the senior management team comprising Mahmoud Bayoumi, Lukas Valletta, and Omar Souab, for orchestrating such a memorable experience.


The privilege of honouring Chevalier Cody Cuthbert for his exceptional photography skills during our World Chaîne Day celebration added to the evening's joy.


It was a truly unforgettable experience thanks to the expertise and impeccable hospitality creating cherished memories making this culinary journey one to be savoured for a lifetime.
