Kinara
(by Vikas Khanna, Chef of Michelin star acclaim), in Jebel Ali Resort’s new Lake View Hotel on Friday February 28, 2020.
Described as a ‘journey of the senses and an explosion of flavour’, Vikas Khanna’s interpretation of a vibrant, modern exploration of traditional Indian cuisine features authentic dishes from the richly diverse regions of India and South Asia – with a modern twist.
Brimming with character and individuality, Kinara (meaning shore or bank) is JA Lake View Hotel’s new stylish yet casual signature restaurant, taking guests through the experience of a traditional spice market to the magnificent outdoor terrace, offering al fresco dining and vistas across the lake and lush golf course.
